We contacted Jamal about a property that had been very neglected by a former tenant. He was professional from the initial phone call and throughout the entire process. He came out same day to give us a quote and was fair on pricing; he was able to start the work the same day. Because it was late in the day when he started, he lost sunlight and had to finish the following day. He communicated via text when he left and the next day that he returned.
